If you tend to gain weight with a healthy and bulky snack try this delicious snack 😉

 

Ingredients:

  • 81 grams powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 45 grams low fat cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • 4 grams stevia
  • 10 grams chocolate whey protein powder
  • 18 grams cacao powder
  • Chocolate chips

 

Mix powder peanut butter with water till it gets silky. Then add the cheese and mix it again till it gets smooth. Add the egg, baking soda, salt, stevia, chocolate whey protein powder to the ingredients and stir. Once you have a nice consistency, add in cacao powder and mix them all together. You have a nice dough now. Place them as small cookies on your baking sheet and add some chocolate chips on top of them. Bake in 350° for 8 -12 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy.
